Priority Pro: Making the whole card draggable or the ability to pull a overlapped card to top#1

As a user, I wish to make the whole card draggable, or have the ability to pull a card to top.
So that if I drag the cards into the matrix, when they quickly start to overlap and I can easily access cards in the lower layers.
